This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Agienic (“we”, “us”) collects through agienic.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you contact us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your first and last name, your email address, the subject and content of your message, as well as your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the date and time of your submission. We use the technical data to prevent spam and abuse.
When you browse the Site. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the pages (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs. The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels.
We use your information only to read and answer your message, to follow up on your request, to keep a record of our correspondence, to protect the Site against spam and abuse, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
We share personal information only with the service providers that operate the Site on our behalf and only for that purpose: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Neon (database storing contact form submissions), Resend (delivery of contact form messages by email to our team) and Google Fonts (typefaces; your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them, which discloses your IP address to Google). These providers are located in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and our resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than three (3) years after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete your message at any time.
The Site is served exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@agienic.com. Depending on the state where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what information we collect and to obtain a copy of it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Visitors from outside the United States may have similar rights under their local laws and may contact us in the same way.
The Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Because the Site does not track visitors across websites, it does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version applies as soon as it is posted on this page, with a new “Last updated” date.
